Planning Officer

Maternity cover up to 01/10/2025

The Planning Officer role supports activities across the Directorate working as part of the Planning and Reporting Team. This involves providing analysis and reporting on large datasets to inform University strategies. This includes the administration and monitoring of institutional student surveys such as the NSS, Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey, and Graduate Outcomes Survey, as well as the analysis and reporting of the results from these surveys. This role will also support work across the wider Planning and Reporting Team such as assisting with maintaining the data within the University's Workload Allocation Model and maintaining the Directorates intranet presence. 

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills as well as a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. An experienced user of Microsoft Excel, the successful candidate will also have experience in using data to improve performance. Experience within a HE environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
